Each Merit Badge Workshop is organized through adult volunteers and council staff support. All overhead expense of Merit Badge Workshops is funded through the Friends of Scouting Merit Badge Sponsor donations.
Scouts must be age 13 or older to register as individuals on our REC-BSA website (per COPPA law). If you are a Scout age 11 or 12, please have your parent register you, as personal information is required.
In order to protect privacy of Scouts participating in videoconferences, only Scouts who register in advance will receive e-mail invitations with the login and password needed to participate.
Please fill out the front side of a Merit Badge Application "blue card" that is linked on the event page. You will need to secure your Scoutmaster approval before beginning your session with the Merit Badge Counselor (approval signature on the "blue card" or an e-mail indicating approval). Forward both of these to the counselor by the start of the first session (see counselor contact information on resource tab).
